I feel a solemn nudge... today, there is light 

At the time I am writing this, friday afternoon, the 5th of may, 2023 the moon is at 99.8% illumination and I am able to feel the surging energy of the flower moon as we move towards the penumbral eclipse happening in the outer layers of the earth in the early hours of the morning tomorrow, the 6th of May.

I was born into and with the spirit of Aloha.

ALOHA, not just a greeting, but a way of living. One of the many translations of Aloha that resonates so deeply with me is the literal one. ALO – meaning to share and HA – breath or life.
